Chalaat Mirror processes mirror glass in-house, by it's own mirror cutting, CNC, edge polishing, sand blasting equipment, Chalaat also has assembly lines, aging lines, that can produce different types of electronic products.
Chalaat Thailand factory has large capacity for making Lighted Mirror products, LED strip lights, LED drivers etc. The other 2 family factories can produce PCB, PCBA, metal parts, etc. The strong capacity of different products combined offers full wing support to customers.
Chalaat produces, ships lighting related products such as lighted mirror, Christmas light strings, LED drivers, ceiling light, etc.
Chalaat has very strong quality assurance system and capabilities, the own lab provides testing of different items, including: RoHS, FCC, UL, EMC, EMI, high and low temperature, CASS (for mirror), salt spray, light spetrum, light distribution, and so on. With the abilities to do such professional test in-house, Chalaat has tools to find and improve on quality issues. To insure our lighting products can easily work over 50,000 hours.
